Reliable Pay & Incentives: Competitive weekly pay (~$1,725) with opportunities for top drivers to earn up to $2,200/week. Additional pay includes $250 per unloaded trailer, $125 weekly incentive for completing 3 loads, and backhaul pay.
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total ($500 after first load, $500 after 30 days) for qualifying drivers.
Experience-Based Pay Increases: Drivers earn more per mile as tenure grows, rewarding loyalty and performance.

- Coverage: VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, WV (within 700 miles of Front Royal, VA)
- Mileage: ~1,500 miles/week, 1–6 stops per trailer
- Schedule: Nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Minimum 3 loads/week required
- Training: 1-week ride-along ($150/day), up to 5 days
- Orientation: 2 shadow runs for unloading process
Job Requirements:
- CDL-A license (doubles endorsement preferred, not required)
- Ability to unload freight physically
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with hard backing maneuvers
