LOCAL CDL-A INTERMODAL DRIVER — MECHANICVILLE, NY
Position: Local CDL-A Driver

Operating Area: Within a 250-mile radius of Mechanicville, NY
Home Time: Daily

Freight: Majority no-touch
Equipment: Company equipment; truck stays at the ramp during time off
Drivers: Slip-seat operation
Orientation: Paid online orientation
PAY & BONUS

• $78,000 average annualized earnings based on recent driver activity
• $0.46–$0.52 CPM
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time
• Detention: $23–$28/hr after 1 hour
• Drop & hook: $40/stop
• Live load/unload: $65/stop
• Driver load/unload: $45/stop
• Additional activity-based pay available
• New-hire training: $200/day
• Holiday pay: $210/day

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• Uniform shirts required; 5 provided at hire

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must be qualified to operate a tractor-trailer
• Must be able to report daily to Mechanicville, NY
• Must be willing to operate within approximately a 250-mile radius
• Must be able to work a local, home-daily schedule
• Must be comfortable with slip-seat operations
• Must follow all safety and company policies
• Hazmat endorsement is not required, but qualified drivers can earn additional pay for Hazmat loads
• Must be able to pass applicable DOT physical, drug screening, background/MVR, and employment requirements
• Must be willing to work the assigned schedule, including holidays when required

Wage Range: 0.46 - 0.52 per mile
