CDL-A Dedicated Reefer Driver – Phoenix, AZ
Join a dedicated CDL-A opportunity based out of Phoenix, AZ, offering consistent freight, weekly home time, and assigned equipment.
Drivers can average $1,500 per week / approximately $78,000 annualized while running dedicated reefer freight primarily throughout Arizona, Utah, and Southern California.
What You’ll Do

• Operate a company-provided Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission
• Haul dedicated 53' reefer freight
• Average approximately 3 loads per week
• Run primarily between Arizona, Utah, and Southern California
• Deliver freight and unload full truckloads when required
• Use rotocart and lift-gate equipment as needed
• Complete approximately a 34-hour weekly reset
• Maintain safe operation and compliance with company policies

Equipment & Driver Comfort

• Permanently assigned tractor
• Automatic transmission
• Sleeper-equipped Freightliner Cascadias
• APU on most trucks
• Inverter availability
• PrePass and EasyPass
• Newer Cascadias may feature 72" raised-roof sleepers and Pack Smart HVAC systems
• Trucks may be taken home during time off when permitted

Home Time

• Home weekly with approximately a 34-hour reset.

Riders & Pets

• Riders must be 18 and meet rider-program requirements
• Pets are not permitted

Orientation

• Orientation is approximately 2–3 days.
• Hotel accommodations are provided, and eligible travel reimbursement may be available up to $300, subject to company policy.

Job Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A
• CDL must match the state of residence
• Minimum 3 months verified tractor-trailer experience
• At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months
• Experience pulling a 40' trailer at least 50% of the time
• Company drivers only
• Must be willing and able to handle reefer freight
• Must be able to unload full truckloads, including use of rotocart and lift-gate equipment when required
• Must be willing to operate in the AZ, UT, and Southern CA operating area
• Riders must be 18 and meet the company's rider requirements
• Must successfully complete the required 2–3 day orientation

Wage Range: 78000.00 - 78000.00 per year
