What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator 3rd shift position at Staffworks?
3rd shift Operator
Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 11:00pm to 7:30am will train on 1st shift 7am – 3:30pm
Operator’s duties:
Operate the machines at the recommended settings.
Inspect each finished product as it come off the line to ensure proper working functions.
Follow all safety practices and be aware of any unsafe acts that may occur.
Clean work area daily during assigned times designated by the shift manager and when needed after machine clean outs.
Assist in testing of product as instructed by shift manager.
Periodically check supplies needed to run machine and restock supplies needed to continue the operation of the line.
Attend all training programs and assist in the training of new employees as instructed by shift manager.

Strong attention to detail
Excellent reliability
Ability to lift to 50lbs
Stand for long periods of time
