Staffworks Professional is recruiting for a Senior HR People Partner / HR Manager on behalf of a growing global organization establishing a new Data Center operation in Utica, NY area.
This on-site leadership role offers a starting salary of $120,000 and provides a unique opportunity to help build the people foundation for a brand-new facility. The successful candidate will serve as the lead HR presence on site, partnering with leaders and employees to support workforce growth, employee relations, talent development, retention, onboarding, and HR operations.
Qualified candidates will have:
• HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager experience
• Strong employee relations and workforce planning expertise
• Experience supporting hourly and salaried employee populations
• Manufacturing, industrial, operations, or site-based HR experience preferred
• Knowledge of U.S. employment practices and HR best practices
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
