Assembler
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling components according to specifications, maintaining inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic and advanced assembly of components and products.
- Follow written instructions, diagrams, charts, photographs, and other production documentation.
- Maintain inventory levels to ensure a consistent workflow and prevent assembly delays.
- Conduct inventory counts at the completion of production schedules.
- Complete all production records accurately and thoroughly.
- Maintain wiring equipment, tools, and work areas to support quality production and workplace safety.
- Consistently meet established production goals and deadlines.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Area Leader or Production Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing knowledge and general assembly experience preferred.
- Assembly experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong eye-hand coordination and ability to work with small parts.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and understand instructions, diagrams, charts, and technical documents.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Flexible, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
