Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing or similar work a plus
Ability to read and follow diagrams and written instructions
Ability to lift to 50lbs and be on your feet for a full shift
Job Responsibilities:
Mechanical assembly of forklifts using hand and power tools
Assemble low mix/high volume sub-assembly components from diagrams and instructions
Follow detailed step-by-step diagrams or work instructions
Perform quality checks on your work and make necessary adjustments
Stack/move materials using proper safety procedures – may use overhead cranes or lift trucks
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support the company’s 5S program
May perform teardown, cleaning, and reassembly of returned components
Maintain regular, reliable attendance and work collaboratively with your team
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with mandatory overtime to include Saturday
Mandatory overtime most days will run until 3:30-4:00pm, and is scheduled every other Saturday
Pay:
$19.26 per hour
