A growing industrial manufacturing and engineered solutions organization is seeking a Technical Sales Lead to drive business development efforts within a specialized industrial processing market. This is a high-visibility, relationship-driven role focused on identifying opportunities, developing customer solutions, and converting projects into profitable business.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow relationships with plant leadership, engineering, maintenance, and operations teams
- Identify opportunities for engineered equipment, upgrades, retrofits, repair services, and process improvements
- Develop proposals and technical solutions that improve plant reliability, throughput, and operational performance
- Partner with internal engineering and operations teams to scope and execute customer projects
- Conduct site visits, technical discussions, discovery meetings, and solution reviews
- Manage pipeline activity, account strategy, and opportunity qualification
- Serve as a trusted advisor and technical resource to customers across the region
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in technical sales, applications engineering, project sales, or industrial business development
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment, manufacturing operations, and process improvement
- Ability to communicate effectively with both plant-floor personnel and executive leadership
- Proven ability to build relationships and convert technical opportunities into commercial business
- Willingness to travel regionally to customer facilities

- Experience supporting industrial processing or manufacturing environments
- Background selling engineered equipment, systems, or industrial services
