What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Sales Engineer position at Dominion Carolina Sales?
We are an entrepreneurial company with a great culture seeking a motivated, results-driven Manufacturers Representative. Prior success selling solutions to in a competitive market is non-negotiable. We represent companies that manufacture bulk powder and material handling equipment and dust collection.You should enjoy finding and closing new business opportunities and selling value while working independently and being held accountable to the agreed upon goals. Mechanical aptitude and coach-ability are required.We need you to earn at least $100,000 and be willing to be in the field 30% of the time. The majority of travel will likely be day trips, with expectations of sales calls 2-3 days per week.You must take 2 insightful assessments, the results of which will be shared with you at no charge. This position is remote but site visits need to be made regularly to customers in your Virginia territory. You will work with plant managers, engineers, and EPC firms to specify solutions and generate quotes and proposals.
Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
