Position Summary
Staffrite USA is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for moving, organizing, staging, and tracking materials by hand or with non-powered tools. This position does not require operating powered warehouse equipment such as forklifts, powered pallet jacks, or other machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, organize, and stage materials for production or shipping.
- Move parts, supplies, and finished goods throughout assigned work areas.
- Pick and prepare materials based on work orders, production needs, or supervisor direction.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and product information for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and material tracking.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Report shortages, damaged materials, or discrepancies to a lead or supervisor.
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse,, production, or inventory experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work swing shift: 4:15 PM – 12:45 AM.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and carrying.
- Ability to work in a warehouse or production environment.
Compensation
This position pays $18.50 per hour.
