Quality Inspector

Multiple Shifts Available
- 1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:15 PM – 12:45 AM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
We are looking for detail-oriented and quality-driven Quality Inspectors to join our team in Olive Branch, MS. In this role, you will help ensure products and manufacturing processes meet company quality standards through inspections, audits, and accurate reporting. What You’ll Do
- Perform product and process inspections based on assigned production areas
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records and reports
- Input inspection data into quality databases and tracking systems
- Conduct daily audits to verify proper tool calibration, torque settings, and ESD compliance
- Communicate quality concerns and production issues to leads and supervisors
- Participate in daily team meetings and support continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure all work areas follow company quality and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 6 months of related quality, manufacturing, or inspection experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on ladders when needed
- Strong manual dexterity and organizational skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
