What You’ll Do
Architect end-to-end RF transceiver systems, ensuring seamless integration of transmitter and receiver chains into complex hardware ecosystems.
Synthesize technical requirements for sophisticated RF initiatives, providing the foundational blueprint for cross-functional engineering teams.
Design robust power delivery networks and ancillary circuitry critical to the performance of high-frequency hardware.
Execute comprehensive product lifecycles, from component selection and rapid prototyping to factory deployment and rigorous bench-top validation.
Champion root-cause analysis and debugging efforts to resolve intricate RF interference and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with global manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders to transform conceptual designs into market-ready RFID innovations.
Navigate EMI/EMC regulatory landscapes by spearheading troubleshooting and validation protocols to ensure global compliance.
Lead the evolution of the technical roadmap, leveraging deep domain expertise to mentor junior staff and influence multi-disciplinary program strategies.
Cultivate strategic partnerships across organizational lines and with external entities to align technical execution with overarching business objectives.
What You Bring
Academic Excellence: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with at least 5 years of professional experience, or a Master’s degree with over 4 years of advanced research and design exposure.
Board-Level Mastery: Proven track record in board-level RF circuit design, including precision tuning, impedance matching, and sophisticated troubleshooting.
Antenna Expertise: Demonstrated capability in antenna architecture, modeling, and performance measurement.
Instrumentation Command: Expert-level proficiency with essential laboratory tools, including Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), Spectrum Analyzers, High-Speed Oscilloscopes, and RF Power Meters.
Systemic Knowledge: Experience with RF Power Amplifier (PA) design, UWB, and system-level architectures for RFID and wireless protocols.
Advanced Simulation Skills: Familiarity with industry-standard design suites such as ADS, CST, and Cadence.
Protocol Diversity: Familiarity with diverse wireless standards, potentially including WWAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, or GPS.
