What You’ll Do
- Architect end-to-end RF transceiver systems, ensuring seamless integration of transmitter and receiver chains into complex hardware ecosystems.
- Synthesize technical requirements for sophisticated RF initiatives, providing the foundational blueprint for cross-functional engineering teams.
- Design robust power delivery networks and ancillary circuitry critical to the performance of high-frequency hardware.
- Execute comprehensive product lifecycles, from component selection and rapid prototyping to factory deployment and rigorous bench-top validation.
- Champion root-cause analysis and debugging efforts to resolve intricate RF interference and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with global manufacturing partners and internal stakeholders to transform conceptual designs into market-ready RFID innovations.
- Navigate EMI/EMC regulatory landscapes by spearheading troubleshooting and validation protocols to ensure global compliance.
- Lead the evolution of the technical roadmap, leveraging deep domain expertise to mentor junior staff and influence multi-disciplinary program strategies.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships across organizational lines and with external entities to align technical execution with overarching business objectives.
- Academic Excellence: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with at least 5 years of professional experience, or a Master’s degree with over 4 years of advanced research and design exposure.
- Board-Level Mastery: Proven track record in board-level RF circuit design, including precision tuning, impedance matching, and sophisticated troubleshooting.
- Antenna Expertise: Demonstrated capability in antenna architecture, modeling, and performance measurement.
- Instrumentation Command: Expert-level proficiency with essential laboratory tools, including Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), Spectrum Analyzers, High-Speed Oscilloscopes, and RF Power Meters.
- Systemic Knowledge: Experience with RF Power Amplifier (PA) design, UWB, and system-level architectures for RFID and wireless protocols.
- Advanced Simulation Skills: Familiarity with industry-standard design suites such as ADS, CST, and Cadence.
- Protocol Diversity: Familiarity with diverse wireless standards, potentially including WWAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, or GPS.
