The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is piloting a search for a visionary technical leader to drive the evolution of cutting-edge acoustic mixing technologies and advanced processing equipment. This pivotal role centers on pioneering new methodologies in mass transport, fluid dynamics, thermal management, and automated process control to scale highly complex mixing applications.

As a critical driver of innovation, you will guide sophisticated research and development initiatives from bench-scale validation through to full commercialization, fundamentally transforming how continuous chemical processing impacts high-reliability industries.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and scale advanced fluid mechanics and acoustic mixing parameters across batch, continuous-batch, and fully continuous manufacturing frameworks.

• Champion the rigorous evaluation of thermal dynamics, mass transfer efficiency, and process optimization matrixes to ensure flawless system scaling.

• Drive the commercialization strategy for novel applications, focusing on pioneering continuous chemical reactions, targeted crystallization processes, and advanced mechanochemical systems.

• Synthesize operational data to design, test, and implement robust process control frameworks that maximize manufacturing throughput and product uniformity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate early-stage research and development milestones into repeatable, industrial-scale processing assets.

• Execute specialized international site visits and technical consultations to support global deployment and client integration initiatives.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor''''''''s degree in Chemical Engineering (Master''''''''s degree or PhD is highly advantageous)

• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 20 years of progressive technical mastery in chemical engineering environments

• Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of conventional mixing mechanics, design scaling parameters, and multi-phase system architectures, including solid-solid, liquid-solid, and liquid-liquid interactions

• Mobility: Willingness to engage in occasional international travel to facilitate project delivery and technical alignment
