In this pivotal position, you will head the comprehensive accounting infrastructure, spearheading financial analysis, optimizing cash management, and fortifying internal compliance strategies. Serving as a crucial advisor to the executive suite, you will blend hands-on execution with high-level strategy to unlock business insights and catalyze corporate development.

What You’ll Do

• Orchestrate Comprehensive Accounting Systems: Govern all standard ledger activities, billing cycles, payables management, and corporate liquidity efforts.

• Guarantee Financial Integrity: Validate the precision and completeness of corporate accounting archives while enforcing a timely framework for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles.

• Champion Regulatory Compliance: Author and review rigorous internal audit workflows, ensuring unwavering alignment with established accounting standards.

• Synthesize Strategic Analytics: Generate and deliver sophisticated financial models, monthly statements, and performance evaluations to guide executive leadership decisions.

• Maximize Cash Efficiency: Architect robust annual budget projections, rolling forecasts, and capital allocation models to secure optimal business liquidity.

• Drive Modernization Initiatives: Assess and upgrade current enterprise reporting platforms, deploying automation protocols to eliminate manual workflows.

• Cultivate High-Performing Teams: Supervise, mentor, and advocate for the ongoing professional advancement of departmental accounting staff.

What You Bring

• Advanced Educational Credentials: University Bachelor''s Degree focusing on Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent discipline.

• Proven Financial Stewardship: A minimum of 5–7 years of escalating corporate leadership history, specifically encompassing Controller responsibilities.

• Elevated Technical Expertise: Advanced mastery across Financial Reporting, Month End Close, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Internal Controls.

• Deep Subject Matter Mastery: In-depth familiarity with Accounting Principles, Financial Regulations, and comprehensive compliance guidelines.

• Industry Background Preferences: Prior experience operating within Public Accounting environments is highly desirable.

• Software and Technology Acumen: Advanced capability utilizing Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software, Sage, Peachtree, and modern ERP Systems.

• Execution and Delivery Capabilities: Strong capacity to navigate strict deadlines inside fast-moving regional corporate structures.

Compensation & Total Rewards
