What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate and sustain high-value alliances with key healthcare partners and community stakeholders through expert-level networking.

  • Engineer collaborative marketing initiatives that amplify brand visibility and translate directly into accelerated revenue streams.

  • Synthesize market intelligence and competitive data to pivot strategies in alignment with evolving industry trends.

  • Deliver high-stakes technical presentations and compelling business proposals to prospective clients and executive leadership.

  • Monitor and optimize performance analytics to ensure all outreach activities remain aligned with core financial and operational objectives.

  • Champion the organization’s mission within the local community, maintaining a tactful yet assertive presence in the field.

What You Bring

  • Sector Expertise: A minimum of three years of sophisticated marketing management experience within the healthcare industry, with a strong preference for candidates who understand the nuances of home health operations.

  • Educational Foundation: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Nursing (Associate’s or higher) is preferred; a background in clinical practice is a distinct advantage for technical synthesis.

  • Business Acumen: Deep familiarity with corporate management structures and the ability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional negotiation, public relations, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
