What You’ll Do
Architect and oversee the comprehensive lifecycle of the nursing curriculum, from initial development through organizational implementation and rigorous evaluation.
Champion regulatory excellence by synthesizing data and authoring vital reports, proposals, and self-studies for state governing bodies and accreditation site visits.
Drive strategic partnerships with clinical agencies, performing deep-dive evaluations of site safety, staffing levels, and the alignment of clinical objectives with student needs.
Synthesize program policies and governance by spearheading internal committees and modernizing administrative procedures.
Direct the faculty lifecycle, including the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous performance monitoring of high-performing clinical educators.
Orchestrate complex scheduling for both didactic courses and diverse clinical rotations, ensuring optimal resource allocation and instructional quality.
Facilitate the student journey by managing high-level admissions processes, leading orientations, and verifying that all graduates meet stringent licensing prerequisites.
Execute a dual-impact role, dedicating 50% of your focus to direct classroom or clinical instruction to maintain ground-level educational excellence.
Monitor and integrate evolving state regulations regarding vocational nursing into the program''s structural framework to ensure perpetual compliance.
What You Bring
Credentials: An active and unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Education: A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution is mandatory; a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is highly preferred.
Professional Depth: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RN, with a concentrated focus on nursing administration or education within the last 5 years.
Technical Knowledge: Proven completion of specialized coursework in educational administration, pedagogical methods, and curriculum architecture.
Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage faculty teams, cultivate clinical partnerships, and navigate complex state board requirements.
