What You’ll Do

Architect comprehensive electrical frameworks and industrial control system architectures tailored for demanding production environments.
Deconstruct complex client specifications and synthesize technical parameters into highly precise, manufacturable engineering strategies.
Validate critical technical documentation, encompassing advanced schematics, detailed layouts, and comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Drive continuous improvement workflows across the engineering lifecycle to optimize resource allocation, elevate product quality, and accelerate project delivery.
Direct rigorous design reviews, offering deep technical counsel and risk mitigation strategies from initial concept through final production.
Synchronize departmental schedules, human capital, and project priorities to consistently achieve cross-functional delivery goals on time and within budget.

What You Bring
Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a highly related technical discipline.
Industrial Expertise: Over 7 years of progressive electrical design and engineering experience embedded within a high-output manufacturing or heavy industrial sector.
Leadership Pedigree: Upward of 3 years of direct supervisory experience managing, coaching, and scaling technical engineering teams.
