What You’ll Do
Architect and engineer scalable, full-stack web architectures and system enhancements that support core corporate initiatives.
Champion the transition of legacy platforms into modernized Azure cloud ecosystems, ensuring optimal cloud readiness and resource utilization.
Direct day-to-day engineering workflows and technical project roadmaps, ensuring aligned delivery across multifaceted, concurrent initiatives.
Synthesize technical analysis, code reviews, and detailed functional specifications to maintain a flawless standard of documentation and engineering hygiene.
Maximize application efficiency and database responsiveness through continuous diagnostic profiling, complex data modeling, and performance tuning.
Drive rigid test-driven development (TDD) methodologies, executing strict debugging cycles and exhaustive quality validation from initial concept through user acceptance testing (UAT).
Mentor junior and mid-level engineering talent, providing constructive code critiques, career growth direction, and technical guidance.
Evaluate third-party software vendors and emerging frameworks to deliver objective, risk-compliant adoption recommendations to steering committees.
What You Bring
Comprehensive Experience: A minimum of 6 years of dedicated application engineering and systems analysis backed by an Associate''s degree, or an equivalent combination of 8 years of advanced education and hands-on industry experience.
Full-Stack Mastery: Proven expertise in building end-to-end web architectures leveraging C#, .NET MVC, WebForms, Angular, and SQL Server.
Cloud & Data Architecture: Demonstrated success with Azure cloud migrations, advanced object-relational mapping via Entity Framework Core, and data modeling.
Agile Engineering Practices: A strict commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD) alongside crisp problem-solving skills for diagnosing deep-tier technical issues.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven capacity to liaise directly between core business units and operations teams to translate complex corporate requirements into elegant software solutions.
Project Execution: Strong organizational command, allowing you to hit aggressive release milestones, balance competing priorities, and steer cross-application dependencies without sacrificing quality.
