Details:
- QuickBooks Accountant
- Sycamore, IL
- 1st Shift, 8am-5pm
- Starting at $22.00/hour, Based on Experience
Responsibilities or job duties:
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Enter and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Process invoices, payments, and customer billing
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with collections
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with month-end reporting and other accounting duties
Qualifications:
- HS diploma/GED
- Valid DL
- Previous accounting/bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks experience required
- Strong AP and AR experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
