To prepare, apply, and cure dry powder-coated finishes on metal components and products using powder coating systems and curing ovens, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish in line with company production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare metal components for powder coating, including; cleaning, masking, sanding and hanging parts.
- Apply dry powder coating to products using electrostatic powder coating equipment.
- Operate curing ovens and ensure correct curing times and temperatures are maintained.
- Previous experience in dry powder coating or industrial finishing.
- knowledge of powder coating processes and curing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
