Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive and project management
support to the CEO and Executive Director, as well as supporting members of the Senior
Leadership Team. This role requires someone highly organised, proactive and capable of managing
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support
with diary management, meetings, travel, communications, administration, project
coordination and confidential business matters whilst acting as a key point of contact
for internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:
Monday to Thursday – 9.00am to 5.00pm
Friday – 8.00am to 4.00pm

Key Responsibilities
Calendar / Document Management
- Assist with coordination of day-to-day activities, meetings, projects, events, seminars
- Review, prioritise and manage email correspondence on behalf of senior leadership
- Prepare briefing materials and supporting documents ahead of meetings
- Attend meetings, take minutes, track actions and follow up on key deliverables
- Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation
- Review legal agreements such as NDAs and collaboration agreements in line with
- Maintain accurate records and databases relating to agreements and governance
Financial
- Monitor expenditure and support budget tracking alongside senior leadership and

- Arrange and manage UK and international travel, accommodation and visas/permits

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant at senior
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
- High levels of discretion and professionalism
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Salary of £40,000 – £45,000
