Position Overview:
As a CSR at Stafford Veterinary Center, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences during the hours 715a-330p. Your primary responsibilities will include interacting with clients, coordinating communication between our veterinary team, and ensuring a seamless client journey from check-in to check-out—all while embodying our values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, attentively addressing client and pet needs.
- Assist clients with compassion, patience, and professionalism—especially in sensitive or emotional situations.
- Answer and triage calls, address inquiries, and schedule appointments or procedures.
- Check in clients, maintain efficient flow throughout their visit, and ensure accurate invoicing and record entry.
- Coordinate client callbacks and manage record requests between other hospitals and specialty practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the reception area and other assigned spaces.
- Process payments accurately and maintain proper documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Relay information clearly between clients, doctors, and management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Veterinary experience required.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. safely.
- Strong math, writing, and communication skills.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a positive, team-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems, word processing, email, web search, and practice management software (Cornerstone preferred).
