Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in, check-out, and appointment scheduling using veterinary management software.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing accurate information and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Collect payments and process medical billing with precision, ensuring clear communication of costs to pet owners.
- Manage incoming and outgoing laboratory samples, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for diagnostic testing.
- Maintain detailed records of pet medical histories, treatments, and procedures with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Qualifications
- Previous 1yr experience in Veterinary Reception or Veterianary Technican required.
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and billing processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members in a professional manner.
