Job Summary
The Master Data / Compliance Administrator manages vendor master data and insurance compliance processes, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory adherence, and alignment with corporate standards. This role supports governance, improves data quality, and drives efficiency across ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update vendor master data across multiple ERP systems
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to governance standards
- Support data cleansing, archiving, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with sourcing teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Identify data gaps and implement solutions, including vendor consolidation
- Develop and support training related to vendor data management
- Manage Certificate of Insurance (COI) program, including tracking, compliance, and reporting
- Generate monthly COI reports and coordinate with site leads on vendor compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or Associate’s 3 years relevant experience)
- Experience with ERP systems and vendor master data management
- Knowledge of Certificate of Insurance (COI) processes
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and collaboratively
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
