Oracle EBS Developer
We re seeking an Oracle EBS Developer to design, build, and support scalable solutions across Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. This role focuses on system enhancements, integrations, and supporting critical shop floor operations.
This job is hybrid in Worthington, OH. Must be willing and able to work on-site 2-3 days per week. Local candidates only please.

Salary range for this job is $100-115K per year based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and support Oracle EBS SCM modules (Inventory, BOM, WIP, Purchasing)
- Build customizations using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, and Concurrent Programs
- Design and maintain integrations with warehouse systems and external applications
- Perform SQL/PLSQL performance tuning for high-volume environments
- Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and production deployments
- Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot complex issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
- Collaborate with functional, QA, and integration teams
- Maintain technical documentation and follow development standards
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Oracle EBS / ERP development experience
- Hands-on experience with EBS SCM modules
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Forms, BI Publisher, and integrations
- Solid SQL tuning and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware
- Background in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Exposure to EBS Fusion coexistence
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
