Job Summary And Purpose
- Under the direction of the Chief of Staff, the Office Manager supports the Chief of Staff and Constituent Services.
- Collaborates with the Office of Division Counsel as needed for cases involving criminal charges.
- Supports the Chief of Schools with coordinator of Legislative Committee and other School Board Advisory Committees
- Supports the management of Alvin York Bandy Complex.
- Monitors the budget accounts for travel and other administrative expenses.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for constituent services.
- Supports the Director of Student Conduct, as needed.

- Knowledge of standard office practices, procedures, equipment, and clerical skills.
- Knowledge and consistent implementation of English grammar, usage, spelling, and computation.
- Proficient in office document and spreadsheet software’s (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Proficient or able to become proficient in form and document creation software’s (e.g., Acrobat Canva)
- Meet deadlines for all work even when working on multiple projects.
