1099 Federal Contracting Instructors (On-Site

**Stafford Consulting Company, Inc. has an immediate need for 1099 / Part-time Local, State and/or Federal Government HR Instructors**

Job Title:
 Local, State and/or Federal Government HR Instructor (1099 / Part-time)

Job Location:
 *Must be willing to travel and instruct on location or in virtual instructor led environment delivered by a variety of video conferencing platforms/VOIP.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
 Part-time, 1099 Contractor
 Hours vary based on course schedule and availability

Travel Required:
 Yes, travel is required to provide instruction on location.

Compensation:
 Hourly Rate: $50 - $95
 Stafford Consulting Company (SCC) offers competitive compensation based on experience.

Basic Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

• 5 years in Local, State or Federal Government Human Resources Policies & Procedures, with substantial experience as a Local, State or Federal Human Resources or Human Capital Official. 
• At least 1 year of experience in adult education, instruction, or frequent presentations, either virtually or in-person, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Federal Government HR Policies & Procedures, especially military and security procedures for contractors, etc. Also, working familiarity with the State of Georgia HR Regulations or OPM GPPA an extreme plus! 

Education:
 Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the subject matter

Professional Certifications:
 Any needed at the local or state level.

Preferred Qualification:
 Master’s degree or higher is preferred or equivalent experience level.

Desired Attributes:

Flexible, adaptable, and highly knowledgeable in Local, State or Federal Government Human Resources Policies & Procedures with strong instructional skills.
