• Associate’s degree in business, hospitality management, healthcare management, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, logistics, or student/customer support
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality service in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
• Ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience collaborating across teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with computer systems, scheduling tools, and communication platforms
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Experience with process improvement or program coordination preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support all aspects of student-intensive experiences before, during, and after events, ensuring a seamless and positive learning environment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, providing timely, professional, and solution-oriented support
• Plan and manage logistics, including facility setup, travel arrangements, accommodations, materials, and supplies
• Develop and distribute pre-event communications such as schedules, expectations, and readiness requirements; track completion of pre-intensive tasks
• Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, evaluations, and required documentation in alignment with course and accreditation standards
• Collaborate with faculty and internal teams to monitor student progress and escalate concerns as needed
• Facilitate student feedback through surveys, analyze results, and report insights to leadership for continuous improvement
• Ensure an inclusive, organized, and student-centered experience while addressing logistical challenges and adapting to changing needs
• Coordinate travel logistics, communicate policies, and support equitable access for all students
• Maintain compliance with institutional policies, confidentiality standards, and operational procedures
