• 1st Shift (6 AM – 2:30 PM)
• 2nd Shift (2 PM – 10:30 PM)

Job Duties

• Manage inventory control programs, inventory analysis, reporting, and performance metrics
• Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to improve inventory turns and reduce excess stock
• Provide recommendations on purchasing strategies, inventory planning, and material disposition
• Track and manage purchase orders, including over-commits, cancellations, and schedule changes
• Lead cycle count programs, inventory reconciliations, audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Support Engineering Change Notice (ECN) material disposition activities
• Review, reconcile, and close manufacturing work orders and inventory variances
• Coordinate product and inventory transfers between manufacturing locations
• Develop reports and analyze inventory trends using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; equivalent experience considered

Experience Requirements

• 3 years of inventory analysis, inventory control, or supply chain experience
• Manufacturing experience as a planner, scheduler, or inventory specialist preferred
• Cost accounting experience strongly preferred
• APICS certification is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Access experience preferred
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Visual ERP experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

• Able to lift 50 lbs.
