- High school diploma/GED
- 2 years of warehouse clerk/retail clerk experience
- Able to lift 35 lbs.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Data entry skills, including excellent 10-key
Responsibilities
- Reviewing mortgage files for completeness and accuracy.
- Auditing files to ensure that the files are complete with all required forms and documents, and in compliance with documentation requirements.
- Compare information in the system against the information listed on the actual documents.
- Flagging errors and discrepancies found in documents in the electronic system.
- Processing reinstatements and allonges.
- Processing trailing documents.
- Data Entry primarily using a 10-key.
- Assisting with special projects.
- Additional responsibilities assigned as needed.
