What Requirements You Need to Lead:
- High school diploma or GED in hand; training and certs make you stronger
- 3 years running warehouse crews
- Know warehouse systems, WMS, and basic computer skills
- Lead with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Stay tough - on your feet, lifting 50 lbs, and keeping pace
- Direct daily warehouse flow from dock to delivery
- Cover shifts and keep schedules running smooth
- Track inventory, shipments, and orders with accuracy
- Lead by example - coach the team and enforce safety
