What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software, MS Office.
- Familiarity with OSHA and workplace safety standards.
- Strong organizational, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate or supervise the use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Leadership, time management, and team management.
- Inventory control, logistics, and distribution knowledge.
