Warehouse Material Handler job details:
Schedules available:
1st shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday | $18.12/hr.
2nd shift: 4:30pm - 3:00am, Monday - Friday | $18.62/hr.
Must be flexible to work upwards to 3 Saturdays a month.
Responsibilities:
- Transfer products accurately in and out of warehouse locations, utilizing powered industrial equipment, and conduct inventory counts as needed.
- Interpret and manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) reports, proactively correcting process errors to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Identify and address obvious damage during the warehousing process and understand the appropriate actions to take.
- Accurately pull and stage orders according to carrier location, verifying the number of pallets and their staging locations.
- Prepare documentation for receiving, storage, and shipping to ensure product accountability throughout logistics.
- Adhere to safety and security policies, perform housekeeping duties, and may operate forklift equipment or other machinery, with the capability to lift 40-60 lbs.
