Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Here's what it takes to make yours count.
- 2 years of safety experience
- Steel-toe boots
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety programs, and emergency preparedness
- Experience developing and implementing safety policies and training programs
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred:
- Safety or environmental certifications (e.g., OSHA, CSP, CHMM)
- Experience with environmental compliance programs and reporting
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to walk the facility and perform safety inspections regularly
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety and emergency response programs
- Evaluate effectiveness of safety initiatives and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and internal safety policies
- Conduct safety training and update materials to reflect best practices
- Identify and mitigate workplace risks to reduce injuries and incidents
- Support accident prevention, emergency preparedness, and risk management initiatives
- Monitor and manage environmental programs, including wastewater and hazardous waste handling
- Prepare and manage safety improvement budgets
- Perform regular safety audits, inspections, and reporting
- Communicate safety and environmental updates across the organization
