Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of office experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to wear scrubs or business casual attire
- Resume required for consideration
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
Job Duties
- Handle medical records and verify patient insurance information
- Process copays, patient payments, and collections
- Answer incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments
- Check patients in and out while providing exceptional customer service
- Confirm appointments and daily schedules
- Perform filing, copying, scanning, and other administrative duties
- Support daily front office operations and assist with additional tasks as assigned
