QA Inspector - Direct Hire
Location: Memphis, TN
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Night Shift | 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
Work Week: 4 Days per Week (10-Hour Shifts)
- Inspect manufactured parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and tape measures.
- Identify quality concerns, defects, and non-conforming materials.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure product quality and process compliance.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Experience using micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and quality issues.
- Experience documenting inspection findings and maintaining quality records.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive inspections in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to bend, reach, and handle parts during the inspection process.
- Must be able to work safely around manufacturing equipment and machinery.
