Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or technical education preferred
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 4 years of manufacturing or production experience
- Experience conducting audits and supporting quality initiatives
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic database applications
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Cleanroom manufacturing experience preferred
- Calibration program experience preferred
- Conduct process, product, and finished goods audits
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to leadership
- Support corrective action activities and verify effectiveness
- Assist with plant calibration programs and maintain calibration records
- Review calibration results and identify out-of-tolerance conditions
- Monitor and maintain Certificate of Analysis (COA) documentation
- Support cleanroom ambient monitoring activities
- Partner with production teams to drive quality improvements
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
- Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
