Here's what it takes to make yours count.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in a science-related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required
- Food manufacturing or food handling experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections and analysis of raw materials and finished products
- Support food safety programs, allergen control, and traceability/recall processes
- Conduct line audits and monitor compliance with quality and food safety procedures
- Review ingredient storage, rotation, and material usage in the warehouse
- Complete sensory evaluations on raw materials and finished products
- Investigate and help resolve quality or food safety concerns
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and quality program maintenance
- Maintain accurate records and communicate findings to management
