- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Ability to read and follow workplace safety procedures, production instructions, and supervisor direction.
- Commitment to maintaining food manufacturing safety and quality standards.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, warehouse, or general labor roles is preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow supervisor instructions.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of working in a production environment while following all safety guidelines.
- Loads exceeding 50 pounds will be moved by authorized forklift operators.
- Assist production supervisors and team leads in daily manufacturing operations.
- Support mixing operations by retrieving and staging seasoning bags for large-scale batch production.
- Assist mixers with ingredient preparation and production workflow.
- Work on the packaging line by removing finished products from the conveyor, packing products into boxes, and stacking boxes onto pallets for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all food safety, quality control, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
