Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
Schedule:Rotating (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
Training Schedule:Monday - Friday for the first 2 weeks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of manufacturing or food production experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
- Manufacturing setting with varying temperatures and potential allergens
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent walking, bending, and lifting

Job Duties:
- Operate production equipment and follow direction from team leads
- Monitor production processes to meet quality standards and production schedules
- Troubleshoot equipment and resolve production issues quickly
- Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and reports
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
- Support smooth shift transitions and maintain workflow continuity
- Assist team members as needed to keep production running efficiently
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
- Follow all plant safety policies and procedures
- Report hazards, incidents, and quality concerns promptly
- Ensure all products meet company and regulatory quality requirements
