Here's what we're looking for.
- Hang parts on racks in preparation for the powder coating process
- Work in and around oven areas to support powder coating application and curing
- Alternate between hanging and coating support duties based on daily production needs
- Ensure proper handling and placement of parts to maintain quality standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements, when working near heat and coating equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with heat exposure (oven area)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality coating results
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and flexibility to rotate duties
