The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do):
- Pack plastic bottles and containers according to production standards
- Visually inspect bottles for defects and quality issues
- Assemble and prepare boxes for packaging
- Operate grinders and process materials as needed
- Use hand tools and secondary equipment, including flamers, leak detectors, grinders, and blenders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures
- Report safety, quality, or production concerns promptly
- Verify that the correct supplies, labels, cartons, closures, and coloring materials are available and being used
- Ensure all required production documentation is accurate and available at the machine
- Complete production reports accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Stay detail-oriented while inspecting products and completing documentation
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Dependable attendance and commitment to meeting production goals
