Here's what it takes to succeed with us.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience
- Previous experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Synapse system experience preferred
- Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, shipping documents, and reports
- Leadership and team coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
- Commitment to productivity, quality, and workplace safety
Responsibilities
- Track employee hours and provide productivity feedback
- Direct and support warehouse employees across assigned accounts
- Coordinate shipping schedules, rework projects, and cycle counts with customer service and operations teams
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products safely and efficiently
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring order accuracy
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse operations
- Assist with rework, repackaging, and inventory control activities
- Support training efforts for warehouse operators and team members
- Conduct cycle counts, double-checks, and physical inventories according to ISO procedures
- Identify and report unsafe working conditions or product concerns
- For food-related accounts, report food safety concerns to management immediately
