MIG Welder - Direct Hire
Location: Memphis, TN
Pay: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Night Shift, 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM
Work Week: 4 Days per Week (10-Hour Shifts)
Overtime Available
- Perform MIG welding on carbon steel and aluminum components for generator enclosure manufacturing.
- Weld both production-run and custom-fabricated parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Lay out, pull, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
- Complete horizontal and vertical welds while maintaining quality standards.
- Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance with production requirements.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience.
- Experience welding carbon steel and aluminum.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with material layout, part preparation, and machine setup.
- Strong welding skills in horizontal and vertical positions.
- Stable work history with verifiable references.
- Current resume required.
