Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6 AM-2:30 PM

Machine Operator Requirements:
- 1-3 years of manufacturing or machining experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn specialized equipment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production tasks.
- CNC or manual machining experience is a plus but not required.

Machine Operator Job Duties:
- Operate the specialized Flame Cell Machine and support machining operations.
- Read engineering drawings, routing sheets, and work instructions.
- Assist with operating manual and CNC machining equipment.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and production standards.
- Complete production records, report equipment issues, and maintain a safe work area.
