Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift - Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Use power tools and measuring instruments to meet daily production goals
- Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with minor repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
- Collaborate with teammates and help onboard new operators
- Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards
- Lift materials or products up to 50 lbs as needed
What We're Looking For:
- At least 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow
