- 1 years of LPN experience
- LPN license
- Current CPR & PPD
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
Job Responsibilities
- Medication Administration: Administers routine oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications, as well as treatments, following nursing protocols and facility policies.
- Health Monitoring: Observes, records, and reports changes in the health status of individuals to medical providers, including managing chronic conditions and identifying potential acute issues.
- Documentation: Maintains accurate, detailed medical records, including Medication Administration Records (MAR), AIMS/DISCUS evaluations, and swallowing assessments.
- Daily Care: Assists with personal care, hygiene, and daily activities to ensure a safe, sanitary, and therapeutic environment.
- Safety and Support: Protects individuals from harm and assists in responding to emergency situations.
- Coordination: Assists physicians and RNs with physical examinations and treatments.
