Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience (service or residential preferred)
- Ability to independently diagnose plumbing issues
- Experience installing and repairing water heaters
- Experience troubleshooting drains and sewer systems
- Leak detection and repair experience
- Experience installing and replacing PEX, PVC, and copper piping
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with homeowners
- Clean driving record
- Basic smartphone or tablet skills for managing work orders
