Here's what we're looking for.
- Two years of college with 1-2 years of related experience preferred
- OR high school diploma with 4-5 years of related inventory or warehouse experience
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong inventory control, data entry, and reconciliation skills
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer system proficiency required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities
Key Responsibilities
- Enter inventory data for parts issued, transfers, cycle counts, and adjustments
- Maintain accurate inventory records, lot numbers, and storage locations
- Receive and issue finished goods into inventory systems
- Close shop packets and update production records
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies with manufacturing and quality teams
- Prepare daily cycle count reports and pick-list count sheets
- Conduct routine audits for inventory and location accuracy
- Support warehouse layout improvements for efficiency and safety compliance
- Coordinate movement, storage, and tracking of WIP, finished goods, and packaging materials
- Work with inspectors on non-conforming materials and supplier RMAs
- Assist with material consolidation and replenishment activities
